Raspberry Cheesecake Rolls Recipe





When I saw this raspberry cheesecake rolls video recipe tutorial by Laura In The Kitchen, on YouTube, I knew I had to try it! Laura is one of my favorite online cooks, and believe me, everything she makes is absolutely delicious. This recipe has a homemade yeast dough, that is awesome in itself, but the rolls are filled with a lovely raspberry cheesecake filling that really makes these rolls extra special.

Ingredients For The Raspberry Cheesecake Rolls:

For The Roll Dough:

  • A packet of dry yeast
  • 2 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 stick of butter
  • 1 cup of milk

For The Filling:

  • 1 package of cream cheese
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon of fresh lemon zest
  • 1 cup of raspberries (coated with a mixture of corn starch and sugar)

Then, you will roll the big sheet up and cut your rolls. Bake them at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes, on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
